Before it arrives
How much is freight?
Flat rate anywhere in the lower 48: $349 to your door (liftgate, residential) or $199 to your nearest freight terminal. Your total is $1,899 delivered or $1,749 at the terminal.
What if something is damaged?
Look both machines over before the driver leaves or before you leave the terminal. If a box is crushed or a machine is dented, write it on the delivery receipt so we can make it right.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Both machines are brand new in the box and come with Samsung's manufacturer warranty.
Will it fit my laundry room?
Side by side they need about 56" of width and 30" of depth, plus about 6" behind for hoses and the vent. The washer is a top load, so leave room above to open the lid.
How does terminal pickup work?
Choose Pick up at my nearest freight terminal. Enter your address, and the map shows the freight terminals closest to you. Pick one within 25 miles and type its name and address. Your order ships to that terminal, and the terminal calls you when it's ready for pickup. You load them yourself, so bring a truck or trailer and a second person.
Is this a real Samsung set?
Yes. Washer WA55CG7100AV and dryer DVE55CG7100V in Brushed Black, or WA55CG7100AW and DVE55CG7100W in White. Look up the model numbers before you buy.
